To set up delivery pricing, go to “Settings”, then “Delivery Settings”, and select “Delivery Pricing”. Click “Create Pricing Option”, enter a name, and enable “Stop-Desk” if your courier offers office pickups. You can set a default flat rate for all regions or customize the price per region, then click “Save”.
After adding products to your store, the next most important step to ensure a smooth buying experience for your customers is Setting up Delivery Pricing. On the Ayor platform, controlling shipping costs is very flexible, allowing you to easily define delivery rates for Home or Stop-Desk pickups for each region.
Step 1: Access Delivery Settings
- From the dashboard, scroll down the sidebar and click on the Settings icon, or click here for direct access.
- In the settings sidebar, look for the Delivery Settings section.
- Click on Delivery Pricing, or access it directly here.
Step 2: Create a New Pricing Option
- Inside the delivery pricing page, click the Create Pricing Option button.
- A pop-up window will appear displaying all the options.
- In the Pricing Option Name field: Give this pricing rule a name (e.g., Standard Pricing, or SPECIAL RAMADAN).
Step 3: Home Delivery and Stop-Desk
Ayor gives your customers the freedom to choose where to receive their orders based on what you offer:
- Home: This option is enabled by default to set direct-to-door delivery rates.
- Stop-Desk Option: If your shipping company offers cheaper rates for parcel pickups from their local offices, toggle the switch next to Stop-Desk Option.
- Once activated, two tabs will appear, allowing you to set up pricing independently: one for Home and the other for Stop Desk.
Step 4: Smart and Fast Regional Pricing
To save you time, we designed the system to let you price delivery in two ways within the table:
- Apply for all as a default: If the delivery price is the same for most regions (e.g., 800), enter 800 in this box, and the system will automatically apply this price to all states.
- Custom Price: Scroll down to the table listing the states. You can modify the price for any state individually. (For instance, if delivery to the capital is cheaper, find Algiers and enter 400 instead of 800).
Step 5: Save and Activate
- After you finish setting up all regional prices, click the Save button located at the bottom right of the window.
- With this, your delivery pricing is ready and will be calculated automatically when a customer places an order.
