As your e-commerce store grows, you will inevitably need help managing orders, products, or customer service. The Ayor platform allows you to add staff members to your account with full control over permissions, ensuring each employee only sees what you allow them to see.

Step 1: Access Users & Permissions

• From the Dashboard, navigate to Settings at the bottom of the sidebar.
• In the settings menu, find the Users & Permissions option and click on it.
• You will see a page displaying your name as the Store Owner and current members. To add a new person, click the purple Add Staff button.

Step 2: Enter Staff Details

A pop-up window will appear asking for the basic information of the person you want to invite:

• Full Name: Enter the employee’s name.
• Email: Enter their email address (make sure it is correct as they will receive the invite here).
• Click the Next Step button to move to the permissions section.

Step 3: Set Pages Permissions

In this step, you define exactly what the staff member can view and edit in your store or funnels. You can toggle the switches for each section:

• Orders: Allow them to manage and confirm orders.
• Products: Allow them to add or edit products.
• Plus other sections like Analytics, Leads, and Settings.

Step 4: Grant Apps Permissions

If you use supplementary apps within Ayor, you can also specify if the staff member has access to them:

• Scroll down to the Apps Permissions section.
• Open the dropdown menu and select the apps you want to grant access to, such as Google Sheet for data exports, or Abandoned Cart.

Step 5: Confirm and Create Account

1. After reviewing the permissions, click the Confirm permissions to Pages button to send the invite.
2. What happens next? The staff member will receive an email containing a special invitation link.
3. They must click the link and create a new Ayor account using the exact same email address the invite was sent to.
