After successfully creating your first store, the next step is to fill your virtual shelves with products. The Ayor platform provides a smart and fast interface to add products, images, pricing, and variants with high flexibility.

Step 1: Access the Add Product Page

• From the dashboard sidebar, make sure you are in the Stores section (not Funnels).
• Click on the Products option.
• Click the Add Product button to open the new product setup page.

Step 2: Name, Description, and Media

• Product Name: Enter a clear name for your product.
• Description: You have two options here:
  • Manual Entry: Type the description you find appropriate.
  • AI Generation: Click the AI icon (🪄), choose the language, and hit Generate. The system will write a professional and compelling description for you.
• Media: Scroll down to the Media section and click it to upload new product images from your computer, or select from previously uploaded images in the platform’s library.

Step 3: Pricing and Stock Management

In the Pricing section, you can set prices smartly to increase conversions:

• Price: Enter the base price of the product.
• Reduced Price (Optional): If you want to offer a discount, enter the lower price here. Example: If you enter 1000 for Price and 800 for Reduced Price, the customer will see 1000 crossed out, and 800 as the active price.

In the Stock Management section (which is optional):

• Toggle the side switch on if you want to track product quantities.
• You can then enter the SKU (internal tracking code) and the available Quantity.

Step 4: Adding Variants (Colors and Sizes)

If your product comes in multiple colors or sizes, you can easily add them via the Variants section:

1. Click the “+ Add option like size or color” button.
2. Option Name: Enter the variable name for the customer to read (e.g., Color, Size).
3. Option Style: Choose the appropriate display format (Text, Color, or Dropdown).
4. Option Values: Start entering the values (e.g., S, M, XL). Important: After typing each value, press the Enter key on your keyboard to add it.

Once you enter the values, a detailed table will appear allowing you to fully control each variant:

• Status: Toggle the availability of this specific variant on or off.
• Variant (Image): You can assign a specific image to each color or size.
• Price & Stock: You can set a different price or specify a certain quantity for each variant accurately.

Step 5: Save and Publish

After entering all the details, uploading your images, and setting up variants, you have one crucial step left:

• Locate and click the Save button to confirm and store all your changes.
• Once saved, your product will be immediately added to your store inventory and ready for customers to buy!
