To connect Meta Pixel to your store, navigate to Stores and click on Home, then hit Edit. Copy your numeric Pixel ID from Meta Events Manager, paste it into the Meta Pixel Key field within your Ayor store settings, and click Save Changes to start tracking your storefront data instantly.
Whether you rely on sales funnels or own a full-fledged e-commerce storefront (Store) showcasing your entire catalog, linking a Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) tracking code is crucial to read your numbers accurately. The pixel allows you to track storefront visits, cart additions, and successful purchases. The Ayor platform provides native integration, meaning you don’t need to handle complex codes; all it takes is pasting the Pixel ID.
Part 1: How to Create and Copy Your Meta Pixel ID
If you do not have a dedicated pixel for your store yet, follow these quick steps inside Facebook Ads Manager:
- Navigate to your Meta Ads Manager / Business Suite and open the Events Manager section.
- Click the green Connect Data Sources button, choose Web, and click Connect.
- Name your new pixel after your storefront (e.g., My Ayor Store Pixel) and click Create.
- You can skip the website URL step for now and select the manual setup option.
- Once created, copy the long numeric identifier located under the pixel name called the Pixel ID (usually 15-16 digits).
Part 2: Linking the Pixel ID to Your Store Settings in Ayor
Now, with your Pixel ID copied, follow these simple steps to activate it inside your storefront dashboard:
- From the Ayor sidebar menu, ensure you are in the Stores section (not Funnels).
- In the sub-menu, click on Home to access your main storefront control panel.
- Click the Edit button to pull up the primary storefront details panel.
- Inside this window, you will see basic configuration fields like Store Name, Contact Email, and Default Language.
- Scroll down slightly and find the field named Meta Pixel Key.
- Paste the numeric Pixel ID you copied from Facebook directly into this input box.
Final Step: Save Changes
- After pasting the identifier, ensure you click the Save Changes button to lock in the integration.
- Once saved, the pixel will instantly activate across all your storefront pages. You can use the Meta Pixel Helper browser extension to verify that data flows successfully into your ad account.
